Who we are

Miriad LLC develops and operates mobility-technology products, including TaxiPOS. This Privacy Policy explains how Miriad LLC handles personal information collected through miriadllc.com, including the TaxiPOS pilot-interest form.

For general privacy questions, contact info@miriadllc.com. For questions about TaxiPOS pilot participation, contact drivers@miriadllc.com.

Information we collect

When you submit the TaxiPOS pilot-interest form, we collect only:

  • your full name;
  • your phone or WhatsApp number;
  • your email address; and
  • your consent for Miriad / TaxiPOS to contact you about potential participation in the pilot.
Please do not submit sensitive documents. Do not send banking information, tax information, identity documents, driver-license scans, signatures, account numbers, routing numbers, passwords, or other sensitive documents through the public website form.

The website may also process limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site, such as the date and time of a request, browser-generated request information, and security or spam-prevention signals.

How we use information

We use TaxiPOS pilot-interest information to:

  • review a person’s initial request to participate;
  • contact the person about eligibility, pilot requirements, or next steps;
  • protect the form and website from spam, misuse, or security threats;
  • maintain an appropriate record of pilot inquiries; and
  • comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests when required.

Submitting the interest form is only a request for review. It does not create a TaxiPOS account, approve the applicant, issue a TaxiPOS Driver ID, or complete driver onboarding.

How information is handled

Pilot-interest requests are sent to an authorized Miriad business email address for manual review. They are not automatically sent to the Miriad Portal, used to create a TaxiPOS Driver ID, or used to create an onboarding invitation during this phase.

If a request is approved to move forward, any additional onboarding information or documents will be requested separately through an approved secure process. Miriad will not ask an applicant to place banking, tax, identity, or signed legal documents into the public interest form. Approved drivers may receive a separate, controlled share link and installation instructions during manual follow-up.

When we share information

We do not sell personal information submitted through the TaxiPOS pilot-interest form.

We may provide information to service providers that help us host, secure, deliver, or administer the website and business email. These providers may process information only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

International processing

Miriad’s technology and business operations may involve service providers or authorized personnel in more than one jurisdiction, including the United States and Aruba. Information may therefore be processed outside the place where it was submitted, subject to applicable safeguards and access controls.

Retention

We retain pilot-interest information only for as long as reasonably necessary to review and respond to the request, manage pilot communications, maintain appropriate business records, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with Miriad’s operational and legal requirements.

Security

Miriad uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Applicants should use the public form only for the limited contact information requested.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted, or ask Miriad to stop contacting you about the TaxiPOS pilot, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. Send the request to info@miriadllc.com and describe the information or communication involved.

Cookies and embedded services

The website may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for site operation, administration, security, performance, or content delivery. Embedded content or links to third-party websites may be governed by those third parties’ own privacy practices. Miriad does not control third-party websites.

Children

The TaxiPOS pilot-interest form is intended for adults seeking participation in a professional driver pilot. It is not intended for children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, pilot workflow, service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will show its effective or last-updated date.
