What does Miriad do?

How do TaxiPOS and DushiRide work together?
DushiRide is the guest- and partner-facing path for transportation requests and tourism mobility experiences. TaxiPOS supports the operator and dispatcher workflow behind the ride. Together, they connect demand, coordination, and records without replacing licensed transportation professionals.
Does Miriad provide transportation services directly?
Miriad LLC owns and operates the technology platform. Transportation services are provided by independent licensed drivers. Aruba market support is delivered by Myriad Sources Aruba VBA where applicable.

Who is TaxiPOS designed for?
TaxiPOS is designed for licensed mobility operators, dispatch teams, and organizations that need clearer coordination across jobs, fare information, payment workflows, receipts, statements, and operating records.
What workflows can TaxiPOS support?
TaxiPOS can support job and dispatcher coordination, transparent fare and fee information, payment-related workflows, receipts, driver records, reconciliation, statements, and payout records. The exact pilot scope should be confirmed for each organization.

Driver Payouts
How do TaxiPOS driver payouts work?
Payout setup is completed separately from your initial TaxiPOS driver activation. Once you are active, you can provide an approved payout method so eligible earnings can be released.
Do I have to use Payoneer?
No. Payoneer is one optional third-party solution for eligible drivers who need suitable receiving details. Other approved payout methods may also be used when they meet Miriad’s requirements.
DushiRide
Who is DushiRide for?
DushiRide is designed for guests and hospitality partners—including hotels, hosts, concierges, and tourism organizations—seeking a welcoming path into Aruba’s licensed local mobility network.
What can DushiRide support?
DushiRide is positioned to support multilingual ride requests, booking links and partner referrals, confirmed transfers, guest communication, and voucher-ready or packaged experiences as those capabilities are introduced through partnerships.
