A clear path through Payoneer setup

Payoneer may be one payout option for eligible TaxiPOS drivers, where it fits the approved payout process. Payoneer is an independent third-party payment service. You create and manage your own account; Payoneer decides whether to verify and approve it. Miriad cannot promise approval, but we may provide genuine documents about your TaxiPOS relationship when appropriate.

For Miriad’s standard ACH-compatible payout approach and the separate payout lifecycle, read the Driver Payouts overview. Payoneer is optional and is not required for Driver Active status.

This short video explains why TaxiPOS drivers may need suitable ACH receiving details, how Payoneer may help eligible international drivers, and how payout setup remains separate from TaxiPOS driver activation.

Set up step by step

Use your own details and follow the exact instructions shown in your Payoneer account. Requirements can vary by person and country.

  1. Start your Payoneer application

    Go to Payoneer’s official Get started page. Choose the account type that accurately describes your activity. This is Payoneer’s site, not a Miriad application or referral page.

  2. Enter your legal information correctly

    Use your legal name as shown on your identification, your current residential address, correct date of birth, your own email and phone number, and accurate identification details. Do not change or shorten information just to make a form accept it.

  3. Keep your address consistent

    Your Payoneer residential address should match your supporting document as closely as possible. A different house number, old address, spelling difference, different initials or missing address detail may lead to more questions. A small difference does not automatically mean rejection.

  4. Prepare proof of address

    In Aruba, you may have an ELMAR, WEB Aruba or SETAR bill, or a bank statement. These are examples of local utility or financial documents—not a promise that Payoneer accepts a particular provider. A conventional document may be easier to recognize if it meets Payoneer’s current requirements.

    Check that the document is recent for the requirement shown to you, shows your name and residential address, is clear and complete, and has not been edited. Follow Payoneer’s current document-verification guidance.

  5. Understand Aruba government documents

    A document such as a Papel di Censo is not automatically invalid. Its format or terminology may be less familiar to an international review team and could require further review. If you have a recent utility bill or bank statement with the same name and residential address, it may be easier to assess. Payoneer makes the final decision.

  6. Complete Payoneer verification

    Payoneer may ask for identity, address, bank, business or activity information, and supporting documents. Respond inside your own Payoneer account or Verification Center. Never send Miriad your Payoneer password, login details, authentication codes or recovery codes.

  7. Complete Miriad payout setup separately

    Once your Payoneer setup is sufficiently complete for the payout method you intend to use, follow the established Miriad/TaxiPOS post-onboarding payout process. Driver activation and payout readiness are separate: an Active driver may still have payout setup pending, and disbursement waits until the approved payout requirements are met. Use only the secure process Miriad provides; do not send sensitive payout-account details through this public page or ordinary email.

    Payoneer receiving-account details, if offered, depend on eligibility and Payoneer’s terms. They are not a guaranteed bank account or guaranteed TaxiPOS payout route.

Before you submit your verification

  • Legal name matches your identification
  • Residential address is current
  • Proof of address shows the same address as closely as possible
  • Document is clear and readable
  • Full relevant page is visible
  • Document is recent where required
  • Nothing important is cropped out
  • Document has not been edited
  • All information is genuine and accurate

Who can help with what?

What Miriad can help with

Where genuinely applicable and available, Miriad may provide:

  • an executed service agreement;
  • a relationship verification letter;
  • TaxiPOS activity or transaction evidence;
  • legitimate payout or settlement records; or
  • real correspondence about your driver relationship.

We can only provide accurate existing evidence. Payoneer decides whether any document meets its requirements.

What Miriad cannot do

  • Approve a Payoneer account or override its checks
  • Bypass compliance requirements
  • Guarantee receiving-account details or a Payoneer card
  • Guarantee fees, availability or approval timing
  • Create false or altered invoices, contracts, emails, screenshots, transaction records or other evidence

Need help understanding a Payoneer request?

First, read the exact request in your Payoneer account. If the wording is unclear, take a screenshot for reference, but do not include passwords, codes or sensitive account details. If the request concerns your Miriad/TaxiPOS business relationship or a document we may legitimately provide, contact our driver support team.

For questions about your Payoneer account decision, use Payoneer’s own support inside your account.

This Miriad guide supports drivers; it does not replace the requirements shown by Payoneer. Check Payoneer’s current instructions before submitting documents.
